Things I’m still getting used to:

  1. A limited wardrobe (only being allowed 2 suitcases makes wearing something new everyday very difficult)
  2. Limited groceries (it’s too far a walk to buy more food)
  3. The time change (I’m ready for bed by 8pm and wake up at 7 am)
  4. Winter (it’s nothing like a New York winter)
  5. Being able to drink (the drinking age is 18)
  6. City life (I’ve never seen more Chinese restaurants before in my entire life)
  7. No tv
  8. No texting (Too much money, and too much effort to text on my tiny pay-as-you-go phone
  9. Measurements (How can it be 7 degrees out?! What does that even mean?)

Things I’m already used to:

  1. Accents (It’s really easy to adjust to accents, they are so sexy)
  2. No hair straightener (saves me a lot of time, sweat, and hassle)
  3. Living in a single (Nobody can tell me to clean up my side of the room)
  4. Beautiful landscape everywhere

XOXO,

A Wolf
